WARRANTS ISSUED FOR THE IMMEDIATE ARREST OF LOGAN GUZMAN  

WARRANT #1 – Another warrant for the arrest of Logan Guzman was issued on 12/7/09 by a Superior Court Judge in Los Angeles County because Logan Guzman failed to appear in court to surrender himself for his FELONY CONVICTION 487(a) PC (GRAND THEFT-OVER $400) on 8/19/09.  He was set to surrender himself to the Los Angeles County Sheriff on 12/7/09 so he could serve his 90 day jail sentence in the county jail.  This arrest warrant was issued without bail.

WARRANT #2 – A warrant for the arrest of Logan Guzman was issued on 11/25/09 by a Superior Court Judge in Los Angeles County because Logan Guzman failed to appear in court to answer two felony charges (487(a) PC (GRAND THEFT-OVER $400) and 484(e)(d) (CREDIT CARD FRAUD) of the California Penal Code (PC).)  His bail is now set at $150,000.

LOGAN GUZMAN – SUMMARY OF CRIMINAL CHARGES

Logan Guzman has been CHARGED with a total of 10 criminal acts in the 5 years with 2 CONVICTIONS and 2 charges are awaiting trial.

 LOGAN GUZMAN – CONVICTED CRIMINAL

According to public records, TWO Arrest Warrants are outstanding for the arrest of Logan Guzman.  Logan Guzman has also been convicted on two separate criminal acts in 2009 including

GUZMAN CONVICTED ON FELONY GRAND THEFT CHARGE on 8/19/09
On 8/18/05, Logan Mora Guzman was charged with three crimes below.  There was an outstanding bench warrant issued in 2005 for his arrest for these crimes and Logan Guzman was arrested for these crimes in October, 2008 and is currently on bail.
Logan Guzman went to trial for one count of violation of 470(d) of the California Penal Code (FORGERY) and 487(a) PC (GRAND THEFT-OVER $400).  
Logan Guzman was convicted for the violation of 487(a) PC (GRAND THEFT-OVER $400) on 8/10/09.  Logan Guzman was sentenced on 11/6/09 to 90 days in the Los Angeles County Jail.
He was to surrender himself on 12/7/09, but he did not show up to court and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.  
The violation of 470(d) of the California Penal Code (FORGERY) was dismissed or not prosecuted.

GUZMAN CONVICTED FOR RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY and is on 1 year probation.  
On 7/27/09 Logan Pinal Mora Guzman was found guilty of one MISDEMEANOR count of violation of section 496(a) PC – RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY stemming from an 8/25/2008 incident.  
Mr. Guzman paid a fine and is currently on a ONE YEAR PROBATION.

Logan Guzman was set to appear in court on 11/25/09 in department 142 at the LAX LA Superior Court, 11701 S. La Cienega Blvd, Los Angeles at 8:30AM.  
However, Logan Guzman did not appear in court and the Judge issued a warrant for the immediate arrest of Logan Guzman and set bail at $150,000.

• You can lookup any website domain by doing a WHOIS lookup at Network Solutions.  Try UNIVERSALMUSICGROUPWORLDWIDE.COM and you will see it’s registered to Logan Guzman.  Try UMUSIC.COM and you will see this domain is owned by Universal Music Group.  You may also contact Mr. Harold Chavez, chief financial officer of Universal Music Group, and Miguel Saenz, counsel for Universal Music Group as they state , there have already been several anomalies that Mr. Guzman would have committed using the name of Universal Music Group.  You can also see some of the business cards Logan Guzman uses to trick you into believing that he works for Universal Music Group (umusic.com)
• Logan Guzman claims or has claimed that he is the son of Silvia Pinal, the son of Enrique Guzman, Sr., and the sister of Alejandra Guzman.  While this claim may be true, a quick search of these famous people at Wikipedia.org and IMDB.com make no mention of Logan Guzman.  The history page of Silvia Pinal’s Wikipedia page beginning on 3/8/09 shows a person with the login name LOGANGUZ who has made attempts to insert Logan Guzman as having a relationship with Silvia Pinal.  However, the Wikipedia community has reversed these changes by the LOGANGUZ user.  This LOGANGUZ user has also made changes to Alejandra Guzman’s Wikipedia page and was reversed by the Wikipedia community.
• Logan Guzman’s real sister is believed to be Nadia Guzman who lives in Los Angeles and has a small girl.
